Responsibilities
- Help establish roadmap and architecture based on technology and needs.
- Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
- Share knowledge through brown bags, tech talks, and promoting best practices.
- Conduct high-quality code reviews for colleagues.
- Participate in hiring activities, including technical interviews and live coding.
- Support junior team members through mentorship and technical reviews.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering industry experience.
- Solid knowledge of Swift programming language.
- Experience with object-oriented programming.
- Ability to write clear, scalable design documentation.
- Experience working closely with designers and product managers.
- Bonus points for contributions to open source projects and experience with SwiftUI.
