Responsibilities
- Conduct automated testing to validate software functionality and reliability.
- Collaborate with AI systems to enhance testing methodologies and outcomes.
- Implement quality assurance best practices and software testing life cycle methodologies.
- Analyze defects, perform fault analysis, and debug software issues.
- Develop test cases and manage test environments.
- Perform acceptance, performance, and reliability testing.
- Apply analytical thinking to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
- Document testing results and processes.
- Mentor junior team members and develop client relationships within a technology consulting practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
- Experience or capability in automation testing, quality assurance, defect management, fault analysis, performance testing, reliability validation, and problem diagnosis.
- AI fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with AI systems.
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC and Agile program management.
