Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead end-to-end enterprise integration solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and support complex integrations, APIs, event-driven flows, and orchestrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and Anypoint Platform.
  • Define integration standards, reusable connectors and templates, API strategies, governance practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerting, and documentation.
  • Monitor and optimize integration platform health, troubleshoot incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and improve performance, reliability, and availability.
  • Mentor junior integration developers through guidance, code reviews, training, and technical leadership.
  • Collaborate with architects, application owners, security, DevOps, business analysts, and other stakeholders to align integration strategy with enterprise goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise integration development and architecture, or an equivalent mix of development and architecture experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Anypoint Platform, or at least one platform combined with strong transferable skills, in high-volume enterprise deployments.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and operating complex integrations across ERP, CRM, HCM, data platforms, cloud systems, and on-premise systems.
  • Experience defining and adopting integration and architecture standards, reusable patterns, API strategies, and DevOps or CI/CD practices.
  • Experience mentoring or leading developers, influencing across teams, and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of API management, messaging, event-driven architecture, data transformation, ETL/ELT, mapping, orchestration, scheduling, error handling, and reconciliation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, including log analysis, integration-flow tracing, bottleneck identification, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to make technology and architecture decisions involving cost, complexity, maintainability, and long-term integration roadmaps.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, adaptability, and technical leadership skills.
