Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for compliance applications.
- Monitor system health, logs, and alerts using CloudWatch.
- Support and troubleshoot Kafka-based streaming pipelines.
- Manage and optimize data workflows and queries in Snowflake.
- Support AWS infrastructure ensuring stability and performance.
- Debug and resolve issues in microservices-based architectures.
- Investigate and fix issues related to REST APIs and integrations.
- Perform incident management and root cause analysis.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting.
- Ensure compliance systems meet SLA and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with development and business teams for system improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Application Support or SRE.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Apache Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with AWS core services like EC2 and S3.
- Proficiency in CloudWatch for log analysis and alerting.
- Experience with AWS Lambda for serverless workflows.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs.
- Preferred experience in Broker-Dealer or Capital Markets compliance systems.
