Responsibilities
- Transition seamlessly between frontend, backend, and infrastructure tasks.
- Lead the technical development of Instawork Lens and Prism.
- Architect and scale cloud environments for video transcoding.
- Design and optimize data pipelines for processing large volumes of data.
- Utilize AI models to enhance engineering processes and decision-making.
- Mentor mid- and senior-level engineers through code reviews and discussions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Extensive experience in full-stack development using Python, Django, React, or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, ECS/Docker, and CloudWatch for scalable backend systems.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a startup mindset.
- Genuine interest in the robotics revolution and its impact on the workforce.
