Responsibilities
- Understand customers' AI strategies and business challenges to create tailored solutions.
- Rapidly prototype innovative solutions during customer hackathons.
- Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects ensuring compliance with data frameworks.
- Translate customer priorities into impactful Celonis use cases and business cases.
- Facilitate workshops to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Manage the customer value journey, driving adoption and expansion of Celonis solutions.
- Provide feedback to product development teams for platform enhancements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on business data analysis and process improvement.
- Experience in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Python and AI solution building.
- Knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications and Process Mining tools.
- Experience in project management and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
