Responsibilities
- Understand customer AI strategies and business-critical challenges and translate requirements into Celonis solutions.
- Rapidly build LLM- and agent-based prototypes during customer hackathons.
- Enable agentic process transformation using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects covering architecture, RAG, guardrails, enterprise data, and identity frameworks.
- Discover strategic priorities, define high-impact use cases, and build demos and business cases.
- Lead value assessments and communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
- Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Define improvement measures, initiate enterprise change initiatives, and present realized value to senior management.
- Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Create strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis Process Intelligence into customer transformation programs.
- Provide product development feedback to improve the Celonis platform and apps.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment.
- Customer-facing experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, IT or management consulting, business software, SaaS, or an equivalent enterprise analytics role is preferred.
- Hands-on Python, AI-building, and consulting experience is required.
- Knowledge of business software or SaaS applications such as SAP or Oracle, plus experience implementing RPA or BI tools or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
- Experience with process mining tools and technologies is preferred.
- Experience identifying business process improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, training users or process owners, and driving change.
- Experience planning and managing project scope, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects.
- Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders and executives.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Experience building agentic systems using LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering, evaluations, and guardrails is a plus.
- Working knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other open-source LLM ecosystem packages is a plus.
- Experience deploying and monitoring models at scale on AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or GCP Vertex is a plus.
- Domain knowledge in supply chain, finance, CPG, BFSI, or manufacturing is a plus.
