Responsibilities
- Own agents end to end, including prompts, orchestration graphs, tools, evaluations, deployment, dashboards, and production traces.
- Translate business and customer-service needs into agent capabilities, tool calls, sub-agents, authentication flows, guardrails, idempotent case handling, and handoffs.
- Extend evaluation systems with LLM-as-judge rubrics, tool-trajectory assertions, prompt A/B test suites, and release gates.
- Optimize model routing, fallbacks, prompt caching, cost, latency, and accuracy across multiple providers and model sizes.
- Collaborate with software engineering, data science, MLOps, and platform teams to develop reusable agentic AI capabilities.
- Share agentic and LLM engineering knowledge and help other teams integrate Agentic AI into their products.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on software engineering experience with production ownership, excellent Python skills, and solid AWS cloud experience.
- Experience building tool-calling agents with LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks and shipping them to actual users.
- Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and/or open-source models such as Llama.
- Practical prompt-engineering experience including versioning, review, evaluation, and A/B testing.
- Applied LLMOps experience with tracing, evaluations, guardrails, token and latency budgets, and continuous integration and deployment.
- Fluent English communication and a genuine interest in learning and working across cultures.
- Experience with MCP, real-time voice AI, WebRTC, SIP, streaming STT/TTS, event-streaming pipelines, TypeScript, React, Genesys, or Salesforce is beneficial.
