Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end NetSuite QA design and strategy.
- Build, maintain, and scale automated test coverage with Tricentis Tosca.
- Design comprehensive regression and release certification suites for NetSuite updates.
- Create reusable test assets and frameworks to improve reliability.
- Drive API-level, integration, and end-to-end scenario testing.
- Validate NetSuite Extend apps for functional correctness and performance.
- Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting for data-driven decision-making.
- Champion shift-left practices and partner on design reviews.
- Lead root cause analysis and drive systemic quality improvements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align quality outcomes with business priorities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of expertise in SaaS/Cloud business technology, specializing in the NetSuite ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success operating at enterprise scale in high-growth environments.
- Expert-level QA skills for SaaS apps, including test strategy and execution.
- Strong automation background with Tricentis Tosca and lifecycle management in qTest.
- Proficiency testing NetSuite SuiteTalk APIs and complex integrations.
- Engineering rigor similar to Systems/Software Engineers, including version control and CI/CD integration.
- Strength in defect analysis and hands-on troubleshooting across integrated systems.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Soft skills that fit Roku’s culture, including low ego and high ownership.
