Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive end-to-end test plans and ensure thorough test coverage.
- Perform test automation across API, backend, and UI components using Selenium and Java.
- Write high-quality code and review product and automation code changes.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning and QA documentation.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of operational issues.
- Communicate test designs and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automation.
- Proficiency in Java programming.
- Expertise in API testing and automation using REST Assured or Postman.
- Solid experience with test frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
- Experience integrating automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure) and containerized environments.
