Responsibilities
- Build CI&D quality gates for backend and AI workflows.
- Create reusable validation infrastructure for AI-powered backend features.
- Improve the feedback loop between development and production.
- Standardize shared LLM delivery surfaces for feature squads.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, AI engineers, and PMs to develop reusable workflows.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with production backend platforms and CI/CD systems.
- Proficiency in a backend language such as Python and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience designing validation or quality systems that teams trust.
- A track record of enhancing delivery confidence for engineers.
- Comfort with modern AI or LLM-backed systems in production.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
