Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AWS-hosted services for ML-driven compliance automation.
- Create architecture designs and ensure software quality through code reviews and documentation.
- Build, release, and iterate on AI models and supporting services with science and program teams.
- Research and implement scalable, maintainable, performant, and cost-conscious solutions to technically ambiguous problems.
- Translate compliance requirements and internal customer needs into well-architected software.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in daily scrums, operational reviews, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and one-on-ones.
Requirements
- Professional, non-internship software development experience is required.
- Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling, is required.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language is required.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
- Knowledge of machine learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques, is preferred.
