Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software for UiPath Orchestrator.
- Enhance access control mechanisms, automation management, metadata handling, core functionality, and scalable infrastructure.
- Improve application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and develop solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional UiPath teams on product and service design and engineering.
- Help establish effective engineering practices and maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Plan feature development, design system components, and contribute to engineering roadmaps.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a software engineering role using one or more high-level programming languages such as C# or Java.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language and its ecosystem.
- Experience working with cloud systems, preferably Azure, or AWS or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
- Very good knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, TPL, and asynchronous programming.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and time and memory complexity.
- Ability to understand the role of engineering work within overall business strategy and help drive project decisions.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams, planning feature development, designing system components, and building engineering roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience with C# or related frameworks is preferred.
