Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable UI, API, integration, performance, and end-to-end test automation frameworks.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to provide fast feedback on complex systems.
- Use AI to generate test data, predict regressions, optimize test coverage, and identify failure modes.
- Apply AI-assisted workflows across test design, implementation, debugging, documentation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Review AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, and production readiness.
- Own and ship production features end-to-end, including design, code reviews, deployment, and iteration.
- Conduct performance, stress, security, and resilience testing for AI applications.
- Improve test coverage, reliability, defect prevention, production stability, and team quality standards.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute technical influence through test architecture and code reviews.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on quality engineering, test automation, and end-to-end product delivery.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, Java, and/or JavaScript, with experience shipping production code and building complex test frameworks.
- Experience architecting scalable automation across UI, API, end-to-end, and performance testing layers.
- Hands-on experience designing load scenarios, identifying bottlenecks, and validating behavior under high-traffic conditions.
- Experience integrating GenAI APIs, LLM features, or AI-powered capabilities into testing and product workflows.
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development workflows for test generation, scaffolding, debugging, documentation, and delivery.
- Ability to critically review AI-generated work and maintain engineering, security, and production-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English for collaboration in an international environment.
