Responsibilities

Lead and support Oracle COTS G-Invoicing buyer- and seller-side solutions and other Treasury mandates.
Develop small-scope enhancements for G-Invoicing transactions, including in-flight orders and integrations with client systems.
Design and develop Oracle EBS reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows aligned with Oracle Federal Financials.
Provide O&M technical support, including requirements analysis, troubleshooting, alternatives analysis, design, development, unit testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
Troubleshoot user-reported technical and process issues and support change-control processes.
Support User Acceptance Testing and other testing activities.
Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and system improvement.
Create and maintain system and technical documentation.

Hands-on experience supporting and developing COTS G-Invoicing buyer- and seller-side solutions.
At least 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle development and functional environments.
In-depth experience with Oracle EBS modules including Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, iStore, Contract Lifecycle Management, and General Ledger, particularly in relation to U.S. Treasury G-Invoicing.
Expertise identifying system bugs, performing CEMLIs, and working with third-party software interfaces, Oracle Support, DBAs, and Oracle product support professionals.
Direct experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, Azure DevOps, and webMethods data integration.
Hands-on experience with federal G-Invoicing initiatives.
Experience developing and maintaining system documentation.
Experience prioritizing, troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving user-reported system and process issues.
Experience providing daily operational support for Oracle EBS Federal Financial modules.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
