Base Salary
$133k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java.
- Create and evolve APIs and services connecting user experiences with scalable internal infrastructure.
- Improve system architecture, performance, and developer experience.
- Develop and enhance user-facing layers and frontend SDKs using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and data specialists across multiple teams.
- Contribute to technical discussions and help shape platform decisions.
- Mentor teammates and encourage collaborative teams.
Requirements
- Experience designing and developing backend applications in Java.
- Solid understanding of React and TypeScript.
- Ability to deliver end-to-end experiences across backend, frontend, and APIs.
- Experience with infrastructure-related technologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience and passion for mentoring and encouraging collaborative teams.
