Responsibilities
- Advise business units as a CRM technical partner through requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, demonstrations, use-case modeling, process development, configuration, and launch support.
- Estimate project and ticket work, and direct solution design, development, and implementation.
- Provide technical expertise for complex projects and integrations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations and assess, design, and develop future integration requirements.
- Review code and solution summaries for best-practice adherence and maintainability.
- Document technical solutions, business processes, best practices, and reference architectures, and share knowledge.
- Solve unusually complex technical problems and contribute to new Salesforce technical principles and concepts.
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification is required.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is required.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
- Experience developing with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, and Conga CLM is preferred.
- Experience with DevOps platforms such as Copado or Gearset is preferred.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration technologies is preferred.
- Demonstrated success delivering at least one large Salesforce integration project.
- Strong understanding of scalable and reliable Salesforce Platform solutions.
- Experience with Agile projects, JIRA, complex technical issue resolution, technical project management, UI design principles, and large-scale complex datasets.
- Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.
