Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional architecture leadership across Oracle CCS, C2M, CC&B, MDM, and SGG.
- Translate functional business requirements into Functional Design Documents and Technical Design Documents.
- Develop custom algorithms, plug-in scripts, BPA scripts, service scripts, UI Maps, Zones, and Portals.
- Monitor daily and nightly batch processing, execution streams, queue thresholds, logs, and long-running jobs; restart streams and resolve batch data exceptions.
- Configure and support Oracle Utilities modules for rating, billing, payments, credit and collections, deposits, start/stop, premise and service agreement management, and To-Do exception processing.
- Support MDM measurement data loading, VEE rules, Usage Subscription processing, interval data aggregation, and SGG smart-meter payload processing.
- Build and support REST/SOAP web services, inbound and outbound messages, and middleware integrations with enterprise applications.
- Investigate production incidents in ServiceNow and Jira, perform root-cause analysis, create code fixes or SQL data scripts, test in non-production environments, and prepare CAB change packages.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of technical and functional Oracle CC&B, C2M, CCS, and MDM experience for the mid-level track, or 8+ years for the senior-level track.
- Experience with batch monitoring, batch execution, thread management, error-log analysis, and batch optimization.
- Experience with Java SE, Groovy scripting, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XPath/XQuery, and OUAF Configuration Tools.
- Experience creating FDDs and TDDs and performing unit testing, SIT, UAT, and hyper-care stabilization support.
- Understanding of the Meter-to-Cash lifecycle and MDM VEE and usage calculation engines.
- Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow in Agile/Scrum environments.
