Machine Learning Engineer Graduate (Global E-Commerce, Platform Governance) - 2026 Start (PhD)

- Use algorithms to mine, identify, and predict risks and low-quality merchants, products, and creators in e-commerce scenarios.
- Identify events and behaviors affecting product experience and efficiency and build data models supporting business operations.
- Build data for e-commerce live streaming, video, products, merchants, and creators.
- Build large-scale network, feature-sequence, content-understanding, multimodal-representation, and community-mining models.
- Build graph storage and graph learning platforms for relationship building and governance within the e-commerce community.
- Research and apply machine learning, graph learning, and sequence learning technologies to scalable production models.
Requirements
- Completing or recently completed PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Solid coding skills and familiarity with deep learning, graph neural network, or machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, DGL, PyG, and scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of machine learning, graph learning, or sequence learning algorithms, including graph modeling, time-series signal modeling, node or subgraph classification, community mining, representation learning, and self-supervised or semi-supervised learning.
- Relevant industry experience and a solid theoretical foundation in machine learning.
- Teamwork and communication skills are preferred.
- Published papers at high-level computer science conferences or competition experience are preferred.
- Experience applying algorithms to data mining, search recommendation, content understanding, or governance risk control is preferred.
- Experience with NumPy, pandas, Hive, Spark, or Hadoop is preferred.
