Responsibilities
- Own large-scale speech/audio data pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and quality control.
- Support model training and optimization for speech/language models.
- Help fine-tune models using scenario-specific data for industry-specific terms.
- Build test sets and evaluation frameworks to benchmark internal models.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in speech, machine learning, or large-scale data engineering.
- Experience in ASR/SpeechLLM model training, fine-tuning, or evaluation.
- Solid Python and PyTorch fundamentals.
- Experience with distributed data processing tools like Spark or Ray.
