Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms for complex business problems.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize artificial intelligence models, including neural networks and decision trees.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and engineer data for model training, and coordinate data labeling activities.
- Integrate algorithm models into business systems and support intelligent product upgrades.
- Research and implement audio and video algorithms for surveillance and monitoring, including target detection, feature extraction, tracking, and recognition.
- Document algorithms, experiments, and workflows and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Automatic Control, Operations Research, Biology, Physics, Quantum Computing, Neuroscience, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++, with strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning algorithms and current state-of-the-art implementations.
- Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MxNet.
- Project experience with machine learning, deep learning, neural network models, CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, and ViT architectures.
- Experience with neural-network design, parameter tuning, optimization, model compression, or inference optimization across mobile and server platforms is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, independent research capability, and teamwork.
