Responsibilities
- Build and train machine learning models using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Experiment with LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows, including model fine-tuning, optimization, and evaluation.
- Develop reusable AI components and microservices and integrate AI models into applications, APIs, and automation workflows.
- Collect, clean, transform, and analyze datasets while documenting data assumptions, limitations, and preprocessing logic.
- Contribute to AI solution design, model selection, architecture discussions, implementation approaches, and client proof-of-concepts.
- Conduct model validation, scenario testing, and UAT; support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement on cloud or containerized environments.
- Collaborate with consultants, architects, functional SMEs, domain experts, and clients through workshops, demos, and project discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of AI development experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong foundation in Python, algorithms, and data structures.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or HuggingFace.
- Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and feature engineering.
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, or notebook-based development is beneficial.
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, problem-solving ability, and enthusiasm for AI experimentation and quality delivery.
