Responsibilities

Build and train machine learning models using Python and modern ML frameworks.
Experiment with LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows, including model fine-tuning, optimization, and evaluation.
Develop reusable AI components and microservices and integrate AI models into applications, APIs, and automation workflows.
Collect, clean, transform, and analyze datasets while documenting data assumptions, limitations, and preprocessing logic.
Contribute to AI solution design, model selection, architecture discussions, implementation approaches, and client proof-of-concepts.
Conduct model validation, scenario testing, and UAT; support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement on cloud or containerized environments.
Collaborate with consultants, architects, functional SMEs, domain experts, and clients through workshops, demos, and project discussions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
0–3 years of AI development experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong foundation in Python, algorithms, and data structures.
Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or HuggingFace.
Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and feature engineering.
Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, or notebook-based development is beneficial.
Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, problem-solving ability, and enthusiasm for AI experimentation and quality delivery.
