Responsibilities
- Develop code for intermediate-to-complex modules and maintain software solution components.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design reviews, code reviews, release activities, and ongoing user support.
- Create test plans, conditions, and data; conduct basic module and integration testing; and track and resolve moderate defects.
- Support production deployments, identify support issues, and provide technical assistance for complex problems.
- Create technical documentation and implement software changes.
- Develop or confirm project and system change estimates and project plans.
- Review business, functional, and technical requirements, including recovery, security, and audit requirements.
- Provide technical expertise to Band B and Band C Software Engineers without formal supervisory duties.
Requirements
- Java 8 is required.
- Java 17 is preferred.
- Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices-based architecture is required.
- A four-year bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 12 or more years of experience are required.
