Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and integrate automated testing frameworks and tools with CI infrastructure.
- Develop and execute web, API, RESTful service, white-box, unit, component, TDD/BDD, performance, load, and security tests.
- Analyze application performance and use service virtualization to emulate dependent components and identify bottlenecks.
- Build and deploy test environments, manage test data conditioning, and help ensure PCI compliance.
- Collaborate with business and development stakeholders to construct test cases.
- Coordinate testing activities for assigned client projects, review client test plans, and prioritize execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in software testing, coding, designing, and automated tool development.
- Proficiency in white-box testing, CI/CD pipeline integration, service virtualization tools, and scripting against APIs and RESTful web services.
- Strong understanding of software testing specializations and experience resolving structural and functional code issues.
- Preferred: 6+ years of experience developing automated testing strategies across varied infrastructure environments and frameworks.
