Responsibilities
- Design, build, ship, operate, and continuously improve digital products from concept through production.
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users to identify problems and translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Develop across frontend and backend systems using cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, AI, automation, and data-driven approaches.
- Create secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem and modern digital workplace.
- Own product outcomes, reliability, supportability, adoption, and measurable business value.
- Help drive Cambio’s adoption of AI, automation, and modern workplace technologies.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience across frontend and backend development.
- Proven experience building, shipping, and operating products in production environments.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud platforms, integrations, and APIs.
- Experience identifying business needs and translating them into practical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to take products from concept through implementation and continuous improvement.
- Experience applying AI, automation, or data-driven approaches to improve efficiency and quality.
- A strong operational mindset focused on reliability, supportability, and measurable outcomes.
- Self-driven, pragmatic, comfortable working without an established playbook, and able to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
- Experience with or strong interest in Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, Loop, Entra ID, Purview, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, AI agents, automation, and governance.
- Bonus: experience building AI-powered assistants, agents, or autonomous workflows; Power Platform, Azure AI, or Microsoft Fabric; enterprise architecture, governance, digital workplace platforms, regulated environments, IT Service Management, or digital product adoption.
- Swedish communication skills are a bonus.
