Responsibilities
- Own product features end to end, from design through deployment, across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Build frontend experiences with React and TypeScript and backend services with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Integrate with agent and retrieval APIs to deliver seamless product experiences.
- Instrument products, run A/B tests, and iterate quickly with design and product partners.
- Define and solve customer problems while making pragmatic trade-offs in ambiguous 0-to-1 product spaces.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, users, designers, product managers, and engineering teammates.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience with frontend development using React and TypeScript, backend development using Node.js and TypeScript, and databases including Postgres.
- Experience owning and delivering customer-facing features end to end.
- Experience shipping customer value quickly in small teams, from problem definition through UX, API development, and instrumentation.
- Experience delivering features that improve user experience and customer outcomes.
