Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve platforms and services for localization, translation workflows, and global content delivery.
- Develop production-grade frontend and backend solutions for globally distributed product teams.
- Create developer tooling, documentation, and self-service frameworks that improve developer experience.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to embed internationalisation into product development.
- Drive technical direction for complex cross-platform initiatives affecting millions of users.
- Improve performance, scalability, and reliability in systems supporting global expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade software as a fullstack engineer.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.
- Backend development experience with Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and scalable service architecture.
- Ability to design systems with global scale, localization, and performance in mind.
- Experience working cross-functionally and communicating complex ideas clearly.
- Strong technical judgment, ownership, and commitment to inclusive products serving diverse regions and cultures.
