Responsibilities
- Design and build modern, scalable solutions for the MittVaccin digital vaccination platform.
- Contribute to architecture, new product development, backend development, infrastructure, operations, and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain APIs and application infrastructure.
- Perform Linux-based application operations, including server maintenance, upgrades, security management, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Gather requirements and translate healthcare processes and customer needs into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, team members, and customers.
- Help modernize the platform rather than maintaining legacy systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including stored programs, views, and performance optimization.
- Extensive knowledge of PHP and PHPUnit, including object-oriented frameworks.
- Experience with JavaScript and React or similar libraries.
- Knowledge of API design and development.
- Experience with Linux-based application operations, server maintenance, upgrades, security management, infrastructure tasks, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Experience with requirements gathering, architecture and design, Git, and development pipelines.
- Fluent Swedish communication skills for daily communication.
- Preferred experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Apache, MySQL, Redis, Docker, Ansible, clustered environments, and web application load balancing.
- Preferred experience with SOAP, REST, Inera services, e-Hälsomyndigheten services, healthcare interoperability standards, healthcare IT, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Preferred knowledge of FHIR, OpenEHR, Snomed-CT, ICD, and related healthcare information-management frameworks.
- Preferred experience using AI tools and techniques in analysis, design, coding, and testing.
