Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain modern full stack applications and services.
- Contribute to architecture and technical roadmap decisions.

- Mentor engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.

- Explore AI, MCP, and context-engineering approaches that create meaningful business value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong full stack development experience with modern web technologies.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
- Understanding of software architecture, scalable system design, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Passion for mentoring, ownership, problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Curiosity about AI, intelligent applications, and emerging technologies.
