Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation using Harness, Jenkins Pipelines, Ansible, and Python.
- Manage controlled software releases in regulated and audited environments, including formal change gate processes.
- Coordinate security scans, track remediation to closure, and partner with risk and security teams on risk acceptance and mitigation.
- Oversee software asset and end-of-life lifecycle management using Flexera.
- Guide and mentor team members and serve as an escalation point for release, automation, and compliance matters.
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise building and managing automated pipelines with Harness, Jenkins Pipelines, and Ansible.
- Strong Python skills for scripting and automation.
- Experience managing controlled releases in regulated and audited environments with change gate processes.
- Experience with enterprise risk acceptance and mitigation, security scan coordination, and remediation tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Flexera and end-of-life software lifecycle management.
- Preferred: background supporting payment or financial services platforms, familiarity with ServiceNow, and experience in PCI-regulated environments.
