Base Salary

$125k - $135k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical engagement with customers during the pre-sales process.
  • Build and present product demos to showcase functionalities.
  • Deliver customized technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies.
  • Create documentation and specifications for technical sales initiatives.
  • Translate client requirements into technical solution documents.
  • Identify scope and technical risks and assist in overcoming limitations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Public Safety teams.
  • Continuously learn and grow knowledge of RapidSOS’s products and market trends.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience in an engineering role.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Pre-sales experience with complex API-based or SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to travel 25%-30% of the time.
