Base Salary

$196k - $275k/yr

Responsibilities

Work on impactful customer technical projects involving big data solutions.
Design and build reference architectures and productionalize customer use cases.
Guide customers in implementing transformational big data projects.
Consult on architecture and design to facilitate customer adoption of Databricks.
Provide escalated support for customer operational issues.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project delivery meets customer needs.
Work with Engineering and Customer Support to resolve engagement-specific issues.

6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics.
Proficient in coding with Python or Scala.
Knowledge of two or more cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in at least one.
Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark.
Familiarity with CI/CD for production deployments.
Working knowledge of MLOps.
Experience in designing and deploying end-to-end data architectures.
Proven track record in managing technical project delivery.
Strong documentation and white-boarding skills.
Experience in client interaction and conflict management.
Willingness to travel to customer sites 30% of the time.
Databricks Certification is preferred.
