Base Salary
$204k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain large-scale backend services for vehicle configurations.
- Build and evolve mission-critical commercialization tools and systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Ops, Data Science, and other teams to develop evolving systems.
- Implement robust configuration rollout processes for fleet updates.
- Enable safe launching of new features through evaluation and gradual rollouts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven ability to drive collaboration across organizational boundaries.
- Strong documentation and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to system safety and reliability in high-stakes environments.
