Base Salary
$126k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality, scalable, reusable backend code using software engineering best practices.
- Partner with developers and product owners to understand requirements and own code from design through implementation, test automation, and delivery.
- Design software that enables customers to extend and customize functionality.
- Design and implement new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.
- Use development, debugging, build, source-control, ServiceNow, profiling, and Unix administration tools in daily work.
- Explore and apply AI to developer needs, work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scale considerations.
- Working knowledge of IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and Unix tools.
- Experience leveraging or critically evaluating AI for work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- AWS experience is a plus.
- Experience with AI productivity tools such as Windsurf or Cursor is a plus.
