Responsibilities

  • Develop and review software features, enhancements, fixes, shared-service integrations, adapters, and SDK surfaces.
  • Design, debug, test, monitor, profile, and optimize software using established development practices.
  • Implement API versioning, lifecycle, interoperability, error logging, observability, and integration strategies.
  • Investigate customer-reported issues and product defects, provide technical support, and suggest product enhancements.
  • Perform system maintenance, upgrades, patching, automation, and testing to support service availability, health, and reliability.
  • Track timelines, collaborate with teammates and stakeholders, and contribute to process and workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of software development, coding, debugging, testing, API functionality, and software lifecycle practices.
  • Ability to design solutions with limited guidance and resolve standard and moderately complex software issues.
  • Knowledge of functional testing, quality assurance, monitoring, observability, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and customers to investigate defects and communicate solutions.
  • Ability to learn new tools and skills and apply industry best practices.
