Responsibilities
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems, measuring accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Own delivery of customer user journeys and optimize conversational flows for production readiness.
- Architect and optimize agentic workloads, including reasoning loops, tool selection, latency, security, and networking.
- Implement rate limiting, error management, regional failover, monitoring systems, and alerting dashboards for production launches.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as GCP.
- Experience developing and deploying AI or generative AI solutions, multi-agent workflows, or RAG systems.
- Experience developing and deploying multilingual natural language processing models.
- Preferred experience debugging ReAct loops and Chain of Thought agent logic, optimizing tool selection, and troubleshooting high-traffic systems.
- Preferred experience connecting agents to enterprise knowledge bases, optimizing RAG chunking, and tracing conversation IDs across microservices.
Benefits
- Spain compensation is €90000–€92000 EUR plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
