Responsibilities
- Build agent loops and orchestration involving tool use, structured outputs, business-rule enforcement, and graceful failure.
- Develop MCP-based integrations for secure agent access to backend systems and business APIs.
- Render model outputs into live, streamed, accessible user interfaces using generative UI protocols.
- Implement retrieval, embeddings, feedback loops, and evaluation systems for measurable model improvement.
- Move AI capabilities from prototypes to measured, guard-railed production features and operate them end-to-end.
Requirements
- Ship and own full-stack applications in production across frontend, backend, deployment, and operations.
- Have 5+ years of production software experience and 2+ years building LLM systems in production with real users.
- Have hands-on experience with generative or agent-driven UI protocols such as A2UI, AG-UI, or MCP-UI.
- Have experience with prompt and context engineering, agents, tool use, structured outputs, evaluations, MCP, Python, TypeScript/Node, React, asynchronous systems, streaming, and observability.
- Have working fluency with retrieval, embeddings, and SQL.
- Fine-tuning or distillation experience, e-commerce or marketplace systems experience, and a record of zero-to-one work are preferred.
