Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain full-stack software products.
- Lead the design and delivery of Money Movement solutions supporting ACH, A2A, Bill Pay, and related payment services.
- Write production-ready, testable code and take full-stack ownership of products.
- Define scalable, reliable, high-performance technical designs using architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development follows engineering, compliance, security, and reliability standards.
- Prioritize and size work for incremental delivery while communicating blockers and delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five to six years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience developing maintainable, extensible, and testable distributed systems.
- Experience with Node, NPM, React, REST APIs, Java, and Spring Boot for full-stack and API development.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications on Azure or AWS is preferred.
- Experience designing low-latency, scalable, reliable, high-throughput applications.
- Experience with Kafka, containerization, Jenkins or CloudBees, GitLab, Apigee, Istio, Kubernetes, and Rancher.
- Familiarity with modern and functional programming styles, source control practices, Agile software development, and DevOps principles.
- Ability to analyze across domains, define solutions, and fulfill end-user requirements.
- Preferred experience securing applications and containers using certificates; AI experience is a plus.
