Responsibilities
- Design, code, construct, configure, and enhance custom applications for specific business processes.
- Develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions tailored to application and organizational requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other platforms and analyze and optimize application performance.
- Participate in requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Document application processes and workflows and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate actively in team discussions, work independently, and develop subject-matter expertise.
- Continue learning about relevant industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery or Human Resource Service Management.
- At least 2 years of overall professional experience is required.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms.
- Familiarity with scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
