Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and packaged or SaaS applications to meet business requirements.
- Manage application releases and perform impact analysis to preserve system stability and compatibility.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge-base articles.
- Work independently toward subject-matter-expert responsibilities and support team discussions.
- Provide solutions to work-related problems and guide junior team members on best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of application release management, impact analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
