Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs.
- Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.
- Provide technical expertise and support for the ServiceNow platform, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure ServiceNow solution reliability and performance.
- Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- ITIL V3 Foundation certification from Axelos.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- Experience or skills with ServiceNow Discovery, ServiceNow Incident Management, ServiceNow Platform, and ServiceNow Sales and Order Management.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level.
