Base Salary
$144k - $226k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer engagements end-to-end as the primary technical contact, from discovery and scoping through solution design, production deployment, and outcome accountability.
- Design and build bespoke intelligence applications using ZoomInfo’s third-party data and customers’ first-party data.
- Develop data foundations, persistent identifiers, entity resolution, duplicate matching, hierarchy management, disposition logic, and domain validation.
- Build TAM, SAM, and SOM analyses, white-space discovery, account fit scoring, buying-group filters, and in-market signal solutions.
- Implement governance and automation including orchestration rules, enrichment segmentation, CRM field locking, and warehouse integration.
- Present solutions and business outcomes to data engineering, sales operations, revenue, and executive stakeholders.
- Document discovery frameworks, engagement phases, integration patterns, deliverable templates, and success metrics for the FDE playbook.
- Feed customer and field learnings back to product, engineering, and data teams and help identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Production-quality software and data engineering experience with proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar.
- Experience building or substantially working with data pipelines, entity matching or deduplication logic, API integrations, and applications used by real users.
- Comfort navigating APIs and related tooling such as GraphQL, REST, Postman, JWT, and OAuth.
- Fluency with LLM-based development environments such as Claude Code or Codex.
- Prior direct customer experience in a technical capacity, such as solutions engineering, consulting, technical account management, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Ability to communicate complex data needs to business audiences and matching architecture to data engineering teams.
- Preferred familiarity with B2B data, Salesforce, HubSpot, RingLead, Clearbit, Demandbase, firmographic enrichment, entity resolution, hierarchy management, TAM modeling, intent data, and account-based prospecting.
- Ability to take ownership, operate with ambiguity, and make judgment calls where processes are still developing.
