Responsibilities
- Design and own workflow and hierarchy across engineering, product, and design in Jira.
- Ensure Jira reflects real practices and that team practices capture the information needed in Jira.
- Build and maintain agents and automation personally, using AI as part of the working process.
- Drive adoption by working directly with teams whose practices do not align with the system.
- Identify delivery breakdowns at the mechanism level and build root-cause fixes.
- Support teammates growing into more technical work and help raise their capabilities.
- Own outcomes after launch, including adoption, correcting assumptions, and cleanup after handoff.
Requirements
- Recently build and ship work with AI as part of the process.
- Diagnose the mechanism causing a problem before selecting tools and favor removing unnecessary steps.
- Demonstrate initiative by making and acting on decisions independently.
- Learn new technology, particularly AI tooling, and share findings with others.
- Drive adoption without formal authority through communication, artifacts, or clear instructions.
- Take accountability for adoption and long-term outcomes rather than only delivering an artifact.
- Be willing to use AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
- No CS degree or formal engineering tenure is required; real, recent, shipped work is the stated qualification benchmark.
