Responsibilities
- Design and develop useful, performant, maintainable, and sustainable digital products for clients and their users.
- Contribute across the full application lifecycle, from conception through deployment.
- Write quality code while applying testing, refactoring, and team technical standards.
- Investigate technical problems, debug effectively, and implement durable fixes.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Tech Leads, Product Managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Use LLMs to accelerate development and participate in continuous technical learning.
Requirements
- Graduate of a top engineering school.
- Interest in teamwork, code reviews, pair programming, and constructive collaboration with varied profiles and professions.
- Customer- and value-oriented approach, with interest in client business problems rather than technology for its own sake.
- Interest in AI and GenAI and a commitment to ongoing technical learning and technical monitoring.
- High standards for work quality and willingness to question or stop production when necessary.
- Structured approach and interest in continuous improvement principles.
- Motivation to grow in an environment encouraging initiative, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
