Responsibilities
- Own backend product capabilities across authentication, identity, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, security, and infrastructure teams to shape the roadmap.
- Design developer-facing APIs and system behaviors with attention to detail.
- Build and maintain reliable backend systems, ensuring strong operational ownership.
Requirements
- 9+ years of professional engineering experience in backend or platform roles.
- Exceptional backend engineering skills with a track record of shipping API capabilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing product direction.
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, databases, and enterprise platform controls.
- Strong communication skills and developer empathy.
