Responsibilities
- Build and orchestrate API-based products from the ground up.
- Design and implement low-latency, high-reliability APIs for leaderboards, models, and arenas.
- Ship enterprise-grade infrastructure with features like rate limiting and audit logging.
- Instrument infrastructure with distributed tracing and real-time dashboards.
- Integrate with the core evaluation platform and collaborate with the research team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend engineering experience, particularly in distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Go and/or Rust with experience in high-throughput APIs.
- Familiarity with LLM provider APIs and their associated challenges.
- Solid cloud infrastructure skills, including AWS or GCP and Kubernetes.
- A product-oriented mindset focused on developer experience.
