Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and own production-grade AI agent infrastructure across multiple cloud providers.
- Own the Azure or Oracle Cloud variant of Tessera’s infrastructure and support GCP and AWS environments.
- Enable portable infrastructure across customer environments while improving observability, security, and reliability.
- Deploy and operate applications using Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Design and own CI/CD pipelines, pipeline architecture, build/test/deployment automation, GitOps deployments, release automation, and pipeline-as-code workflows.
- Build reusable automation and self-service tooling for environment provisioning, secret rotation, dependency updates, compliance checks, release management, and operational runbooks.
- Partner with product and platform engineers to unblock delivery and systematically eliminate manual engineering work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Oracle Cloud, GCP, or AWS.
- Proven experience designing and owning CI/CD systems, pipeline architecture, GitOps-driven deployments, release automation, and pipeline-as-code practices.
- Experience building DevOps and developer-workflow automation frameworks using Bash, Python, or similar scripting, workflow orchestration, and self-service tooling.
- Strong networking fundamentals and proven experience deploying and operating production systems.
- Preferred: experience with FluxCD, ArgoCD, or other GitOps controllers.
- Preferred: understanding of cloud security and DevSecOps, including security gates, SBOM generation, and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred: software development and SDLC experience, startup or big-tech experience, and a builder mindset.
