Responsibilities
- Define the vision, standards, and technical roadmap for internal AI automation and enterprise workflow orchestration.
- Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and support scalable AI-enabled workflows, integrations, reusable components, and service workflows.
- Implement integrations using APIs, webhooks, event-driven triggers, database connectors, authentication, and secure credential handling.
- Develop LLM workflows involving prompt orchestration, tool calling, workflow routing, contextual enrichment, and response validation.
- Partner with Security, Legal, Privacy, IT, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams on governance, compliance, resilience, and platform best practices.
- Monitor workflow reliability, usage, error rates, performance, observability, licensing, vendor utilization, and AI/API consumption.
- Troubleshoot complex workflow, integration, API, authentication, and platform failures, including L3 escalations.
- Create technical documentation, runbooks, support processes, release procedures, configuration practices, and operational standards.
- Evaluate platforms and vendors, identify automation opportunities, present technical recommendations, and mentor peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in systems engineering, platform engineering, enterprise applications, automation, or related technical roles.
- Experience with enterprise workflow and automation platforms such as Claude Code, n8n, Zapier, ServiceNow, or equivalent tools.
- Experience designing and supporting integrations using APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, authentication methods, and event-driven workflows.
- Practical experience with modern AI services and frameworks, LLM-based workflows, prompt design, automation logic, and tool orchestration.
- Experience with scripting or automation in one or more of Python, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of enterprise systems, service workflows, IT operations, and support models, plus strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.
- Preferred experience includes AI-enabled enterprise automation, LangChain, semantic workflow tooling, vector-backed retrieval, ServiceNow ITSM integrations, SaaS integrations, AI governance, observability, ITIL environments, and relevant technical certifications.
- English proficiency is required, and candidates must be able to work from the office as needed and travel to global offices for projects.
