Responsibilities
- Design and implement resilient, high-impact AI architectures and agents.
- Analyze the impact of major technical initiatives and align them with global business objectives.
- Plan technology stack evolution and manage technical debt.
- Ensure the scalability, maintainability, quality, and performance of AI-powered applications.
- Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Solid experience and proficiency with Node.js and Express.js or Go.
- Experience designing scalable architectures for high-traffic environments.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code with strong test coverage.
- Experience using monitoring and analysis tools such as Datadog or Grafana and applying metrics to technical decisions.
- Regular use of AI tools to accelerate development and improve quality.
