Responsibilities
- Develop key products including Paygo, Telepase, and Ultrapasse, managing critical toll-payment flows for Argentina and Brazil.
- Design and develop robust, scalable backend solutions in Java.
- Ensure product operation, quality, performance, monitoring, observability, and technical evolution.
- Translate business needs into technical analyses and documented proposals that support collaborative development decisions.
- Contribute technical practices and knowledge to personalization and experimentation initiatives that improve user experience.
Requirements
- Relevant professional backend development experience with strong proficiency in Java and associated technologies.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions through analysis and technical documentation.
- Experience working with high-impact applications and medium- or high-complexity flows.
- Knowledge of quality, performance, monitoring, and observability practices for digital products.
