Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, debug, test, and optimize custom software components using SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Design and optimize database interactions within SAP HANA environments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and project decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements that improve team productivity and software quality.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following development best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and support their integration into project workflows.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and optimizing database interactions within SAP HANA environments.
- Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of custom software components.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
